Thoof.com. Make friends and start giving flattering remark for sites
that you find newsworthy.

Visit other blogs of similar topics / subjects. Place valid and sincere
comments where appropriate and leave behind your blog URL.
8. Link exchange with other blogs that similar to yours.

Have unique outlook or theme of your blog, differentiate yourself from
others to create the special impression to first time visitors.
10. Promote with signature link - use your blog URL as your email signature whenever / wherever appropriate.
